Make and Treasure offers personalized products, including custom coloring books created from customer-submitted photos and instructions. The exact form, style, features, prices, and availability of our products may change over time.

Orders and approvals

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including delivery preferences, uploaded photos, names, spellings, and any custom instructions.

If we request clarification, approval, or missing information, delays may occur until you respond. You are responsible for reviewing any proofs or approval requests carefully before confirming.

If your email address, shipping address, uploaded files, or order details are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been sent to a printing, shipping, or delivery provider.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party services such as Stripe or PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges shown at checkout or otherwise agreed before production begins.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if payment is incomplete, if fraud is suspected, or if we are unable to fulfill the request.

Customer photos and content

You represent that you have the right to submit any photos, names, text, or other materials you provide to us. You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.

By submitting content to us for an order, you grant us a limited right to use that content only as needed to create, fulfill, review, and support your order.

Personalized products

Our products are made from customer-submitted materials, so each order is unique. The final artwork may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, focus, facial visibility, background detail, cropping, and the style needed to turn the image into a coloring page.

Product photos, previews, colors, page examples, and mockups on the website are shown for guidance. Printed colors, paper appearance, book dimensions, and digital display may vary slightly depending on screen settings, print production, and supplier availability.

We may refuse, cancel, or ask for replacement images if submitted content is unclear, unsuitable for the product, unsafe to process, or outside the scope of what we offer.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding, logos, graphics, text, product layout, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Make and Treasure unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or services to:

Production times and shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Personalized orders may take additional time depending on photo quality, complexity, revision needs, customer response time, and production volume.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Because our products are personalized, refund eligibility may be limited once work has started.

Errors and corrections

We try to keep product information, pricing, availability, and website content accurate, but mistakes can happen. We may correct errors, update information, change prices, or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, including after an order has been submitted.

Disclaimer

The site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every product will perfectly match a customer's subjective expectations where the product has been created from user-submitted material.

Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order giving rise to the claim.
