How delivery works
for personalized orders.

Processing times

All Make and Treasure products are made to order. Before an order can be delivered, we may need time to review photos, prepare artwork, confirm details, and, where applicable, print and package the finished product.

Delivery times begin when we have your payment, usable photos, and personalization details. If anything is missing or revisions are needed, we will contact you about any effect on your delivery date.

Digital delivery

Your print-ready PDF is delivered by email or download link within 48 hours after we receive your payment, usable photos, and personalization details.

If a digital delivery email does not appear, please check spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders before contacting us.

Printed orders

Printed books arrive in 4 to 10 days after we receive your payment, usable photos, and personalization details. This includes production and shipping.

Checking availability and prices…

Flat shipping to the United States is $6.99 per printed order, regardless of the number of books. US orders are fulfilled through Printify.

Flat shipping in Romania is 25 RON per printed order, regardless of the number of books. Books are printed locally and delivered with Sameday.

Flat shipping to France is €5 per printed order, regardless of the number of books. Printed orders are fulfilled through Lulu. Lulu selects the printing facility automatically.

The shipping charge and full total are shown before payment. PDF-only orders have no shipping charge.

Delivery estimates

Our delivery promises are within 48 hours for PDFs and 4 to 10 days for printed books. If an unexpected production or courier issue affects your order, we will contact you with an updated delivery date.

If you need a book for a birthday, holiday, or special event, please contact us before ordering so we can tell you whether your timeline looks realistic.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us immediately. We may be able to update it if the order has not yet shipped.

Shipping availability

Printed books can be shipped to addresses in the United States, Romania and France, subject to available delivery services. Digital PDF orders remain available without shipping.

Flat shipping rates are shown before payment. For US orders, delivery availability is confirmed for your address before opening Stripe. If no delivery service is available, checkout will let you know before taking payment.

Delays

Delays can sometimes happen for reasons outside our direct control, including:

• Carrier disruptions or postal delays
• Public holidays or peak seasonal demand
• Incomplete customer information or delayed approvals
• Production issues that require correction before shipping
• Weather events or service interruptions

Lost or missing packages

If your printed order appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us at hello@makeandtreasure.com with your order details.

We may ask you to wait a short additional period while the shipment is checked with the carrier. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or another resolution after reviewing the situation.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
