How fast is delivery?
Digital books are typically prepared within a few business days. Printed books depend on shipping speed.
What happens to my uploaded photos?
We do not keep personal images long-term. Once your book has been created and shipped, the images are removed from our server because we want to respect your privacy as much as possible. Only line drawings are kept on file for a maximum period of 3 months. This is because some customers wish to order another book.
